1. For wholesale purchases, joint purchases, and dropshipping, there are no returns. Exchanges are only possible in the event of a defect or store error (e.g., the wrong color/size was sent). All questions are accepted within 7 days after the date of shipment.
2. For retail purchases, exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The goods must be in their original packaging, with all tags and original packaging intact. All costs for returning/exchanging goods are paid by the buyer.
